2008年3月31日上午，海南海大源職業(yè)培訓(xùn)中心高級(jí)培訓(xùn)師、海南大學(xué)MBA導(dǎo)師、管理學(xué)院人力資源管理系主任鄭遠(yuǎn)強(qiáng)副教授應(yīng)邀到海南港航控股有限公司開(kāi)展“績(jī)效管理”專題培訓(xùn)講座。港航控股有限公司的120余位一級(jí)管理干部參加了培訓(xùn)。鄭教授的到來(lái)受到該公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的熱烈歡迎。
本次授課的主要目的是提高公司管理層績(jī)效管理水平，為下一步公司推行系統(tǒng)管理做好宣傳工作。本次授課主要內(nèi)容主要包括：績(jī)效問(wèn)題、績(jī)效管理常見(jiàn)的幾個(gè)誤區(qū)、績(jī)效管理的兩大基礎(chǔ)、績(jī)效的性質(zhì)、人力資源管理部門對(duì)考績(jī)的責(zé)任、績(jī)效管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)、績(jī)效管理的實(shí)施、績(jī)效反饋、績(jī)效筐等。
在講座中鄭教授注重理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合，應(yīng)用了大量現(xiàn)代教學(xué)手段，生動(dòng)形象,達(dá)到易接受，易吸收，易消化的效果，得到了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所有聽(tīng)課人員的一致好評(píng)。課程在輕松愉快的氛圍中圓滿結(jié)束。雖然只有兩個(gè)小時(shí)的交流，但是鄭教授贏得了該公司人員的高度評(píng)價(jià)，他所講授的內(nèi)容得到大家的一致認(rèn)同。
